Dear Parents and Guardians,

  I am excited to continue leveraging my experience and influence to serve the Brookline community. With 23 years of dedicated service in education—all within the Brookline family—I have a deep, personal investment in the success of every scholar who walks our hallways.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked tirelessly to improve the quality of life for children through education, grounded in building positive, trusting relationships with students, families, educators, and community members. I take great pride in my ability to meet people where they are and help them grow into their full potential.

I understand the journey because I’ve lived it. I was once the student teachers dreaded seeing, the employee who challenged the status quo, and now, I am the leader who believes in inspiring change through influence rather than authority.

At my core, I am a coach. I believe that a team is only as strong as its weakest link, and that sustainable success comes from strong systems—not isolated excellence. I am proud to say: I am HISD. I am NES, I am Brookline.
